The system cannot find the specified mscoctllib.dll 2. I have not experienced what you are saying is happening so I would like you to try this code out in a newly created demo database and see if it eliminates the error.

Been googling this nonsense for the past hour, ran across this post and solved my problem. I really don’t know what else to do. Hey Glen, I’m having a problem with this but its an Excel workbook, not an Access db.
I tried the unregister and re-register solutions above but it did not solve the problem. I am hoping someone here may have run into this, or have some ideas as to what is going on.

Not so when running the compiled version. OCX the way IE10 did. Wahi 1 1 1 bronze badge. My guess is that my solution works regardless which IE is installed. I could not add an image, so I have uploaded a screen shot to here for anyone wanting to see it mscomtllib.dll.
At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module. I’ve reinstalled Service Pack 6.
I unregistered that version and registered the correct on in the system32 folder.
